After sharing my personal story about burnout, rest and rediscovery, and getting many responses I realized that so many of us are quietly carrying similar struggles, unsure if what we’re feeling is okay, and unaware that others feel the same.

To help normalize these conversations, I’ve decided to host a one-time online sharing circle.

I’m not an expert or a therapist — just a human (and an engineer) who’s been there, wanting to create a safe, authentic space for honest dialogue around burnout, stress, and self-care.
