About me

I’ve spent over a decade working at the intersection of business, people, and systems, building a career in Site Reliability Engineering. From managing infrastructure and scaling multi-cloud services to leading teams through high-pressure incidents, I’ve combined technical expertise with a deep commitment to systems thinking.

What drives me is the people behind the systems. Throughout my career, I’ve coached engineers and managers, delivered workshops on learning from incidents, and led efforts to make incident response a learning opportunity at a 5,000+ person organization. My focus has always been on enabling others to thrive; creating environments where systems and the people who build them can excel.

This commitment to people also drives my coaching practice. I work with engineers and leaders to navigate growth, build trust, and communicate authentically—whether in their teams, careers, or on stage.

Conference Talks

The first time I spoke at a conference —still a student— I coded live on stage. Can you imagine the nerves?

Over time, it became easier, and now, sharing my experiences and insights through talks has become one of my favorite ways to connect with the tech community.
