In over decade of experience across startups and large organizations, I’ve built multi-cloud infrastructure, developed tools to support incidents and lead team of engineers to have best time of their careers.
What’s always fascinated me is the human layer.
We often think resilience is about redundancy, failovers, or automation. It is! And it's also about how humans adapt, operate, and interact under pressure.
Because systems can only sustain pressure when the people behind them are equipped to do the same.
Today, I bring this perspective and experience to help individuals grow and expand in their career and support organizations in building reliability cultures that serve their teams and customers sustainably.

Resilience work is both technical and deeply human. It’s shaped by how your teams communicate, feel safe to act, and learn under pressure, not only by what’s automated or redundant.
