1:1 Coaching & Mentoring
Support doesn’t have to start when things fall apart. Coaching & Mentoring work just as well —if not better— when you’re a bit in motion; full of ideas, craving clarity, or ready to grow with intention.
I bring over a decade of experience in technical and leadership roles, plus training in nonviolent communication. My approach is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in the realities of engineering culture.
I’ve experienced burnout myself, so I bring a strong focus on mental health and creating sustainable ways to grow.

Ways We Can Work Together
Grow Your Engineering Career & Communicate with Confidence
Every career step comes with its own challenges. Maybe you’re stepping into more responsibility, preparing for a promotion, or trying to communicate your ideas more clearly. Maybe you're wondering how to ask for a raise or how to navigate a tough conversation with your manager.
We’ll work through your specific goals. Whether that’s sharpening your leadership skills, improving strategic thinking, or making sure your contributions are seen.
Find Your Leadership Style as a New Manager or Tech Lead
Becoming a manager after a technical track changes many things. Suddenly, the skills that made you great at your job aren’t the ones you rely on anymore. You have to create clarity, set direction, and build trust with your team. That transition can feel disorienting, especially when balancing stakeholder expectations, team dynamics, and your own leadership growth.
Together, we’ll work through your real-world challenges: difficult conversations, team rituals, stakeholder alignment, strategic long-term thinking or simply finding your voice in the room.
Making an Impact in DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering
In technical roles like SRE and platform engineering, your job is a little more than solving large scale problems. It’s also about driving change, advocating for reliability, and influencing teams beyond your own. Your work touches many teams but it’s not always seen.
We’ll work on making your impact more visible, aligning reliability with business needs, and building trust so your work doesn’t just get done but it gets recognized.
Public speaking with Confidence
Giving a talk—whether at a conference, an internal keynote, or a team presentation— is a vulnerable act. You have ideas worth sharing but aren’t sure how to structure them, or you’re second-guessing whether your message will land.
I’ve spoken in conference all my career, and helped speakers refine their ideas, craft engaging technical talks, and deliver them with clarity and confidence. We’ll work on the parts that matter most to you such as shaping a compelling narrative, designing visuals that enhance your message, or fine-tuning your delivery so you sound natural and engaging.
Before we start, we’ll meet two times to understand where you are and what support would be most useful. These early sessions are on me! Coaching needs trust and commitment, and we’ll build that together.
After that, most people begin with 3–6 sessions over a few months, but we’ll find a rhythm that works for you together.
Each quarter, I reserve one coaching spot at no cost for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds—including women (especially early career), non-binary individuals, and people of color. If that’s you, you're welcome to reach out.
