With over a decade of experience across startups and large organizations, I’ve managed multi-cloud infrastructures, developed incident management tools, and led teams through high-pressure challenges.
My focus has always been on the people behind the systems —whether through mentoring engineers, fostering cultures of learning, or leading group of individuals to have best experience of their careers.
Today, I combine these experiences to coach humans in their growth and help organizations optimize their systems with their people in mind.

Coaching meets you where you are and supports you in getting where you want to go. We’ll look at what excites you, what’s in the way, and how to move forward in ways that are true to who you are. That might mean building confidence in how you communicate, navigating visibility or leadership transitions, or growing technically without burning out.
If public speaking feels daunting, I’ll help you shape your ideas into talks that are clear, grounded, and engaging without needing to sound like someone else.

Organizational Consulting
Reliability and Resilience work are both technical & organizational. They’re highly shaped by adaptive systems and organizations.
Even with strong engineers, teams can struggle with on-call stress, unclear incident roles, or post-incident processes that don’t lead to real learning. These challenges aren’t really about individual capability. They’re often about organizational complexities that haven’t caught up with growth.
I work closely with engineering organizations to strengthen the way they respond, reflect, and build. That means designing reliability workflows that scale, running trainings that actually land, and building incident practices rooted in trust, clarity, and accountability.
My approach is grounded in real-world experience from leading SRE teams to supporting large-scale incident response. Together, we’ll create sustainable ways of working that support both your people and your systems.
